Manage Job Search Depression -
Accept the fact that your job search is a process and that success rarely happens overnight If you don’t get an interview for the first job you apply to, look at the time spent as a learning experience. Write down on paper (not computer) what went well as well as areas of improvement. Being methodical will help you keep your perspective and enable you to ID deficiencies that you can remedy with effort and research.
