For Managers - Is your staff returning to the office? If so, be cognizant on providing a healthy work environment. Every business has “hot spots.” Beware of tensions, unforeseen disruptions, taking swift action to address needs are all critical for restoring trust and morale.

Understand that your staff may have gained weight, are fearful of a physical environment that is not sterile, that new staff needs to be integrated with established staff members in a non-WFH environment and other nuances that were not evident pre-pandemic that will affect perception and behavior).
