Returning to the Office...or Continuing to Work from Home (WFH)

Many of us either have returned to the office / will be returning to the office in the near future. I know many companies are attempting to figure out all the issues behind the changes in the traditional paradigm, as related to daily operations. One thing that is for certain, the company can change policy on a whim and require your presence in the office five (5) days a week.

I am certainly not saying that will happen but it is their prerogative. My recommendation - keep a record of your successes and update a professional diary so that you can demonstrate that you can be just as productive working at home, no matter if the work you do requires collaboration with other team members, partners, clients, etc.

In short, build your case for continuing to WFH. It is not going to be 100% your choice moving forward to WFH.
