Cover Letters

Cover Letters - A recent survey indicated that only 37% of applicants submitted cover letters with the resume. The survey indicated that hiring managers believe that candidates refer to cover letters as a tedious, laborious process. Yet, most hiring managers (85%+) want to see a cover letter, formal or informal.

Then, it would only make sense that the applicant submit a letter?
