Two Phones (one for Business; one for Personal)

Separate Phone Lines:

I have had two (2) cell phone lines for years (some friends call me "@2phones") - one (1) for business and one (1) for personal. It is for my "mental stability" - keeping my business and personal separate.

However, with work from home (WFH) as well as the regular demands of life, you should invest in a second phone line AND do not be shy about charging it back to your company.

Consider it to be part of any negotiation in terms of compensation and WFH opportunities.
