It is age discriminatory (not to mention race, gender bias) for LinkedIn to not view a profile as "All-Star" status if the profile lacks a picture.
As a resume writer, the subject of ageism aggravates me to extremes. I speak about it with clients from 18 - 80 yo (yes, 80). We all know it is not about ability, it is about $$$. It is time to employers to cut the garbage (lies) and stop these practices.
After all, hiring managers do not know salary demands of applicants until they speak. Therefore, why discriminate?
