 Job Boards - Inefficient use of time

Remember, the best way to find jobs is via leveraging your network while continually adding new contacts who can introduce you to new people and opportunities in your profession, industry and target companies. If your son is managing his job search properly, remember that relying on job boards should only be 3 - 5% of his time. After all, job hunters are fortunate to received three (3) inquires per 100 jobs applied for via the job boards. I do not think that is an efficient / effective use of time.
