According to a NY State Department of Labor Survey, 44% of all job seekers surveyed in 2022 felt that ageism was a factor during their searches for a new opportunity.
This was the #1 factor, with Education and Lack of Experience ties for the #2 barrier at 40% and 35% respectively.
