The 4-day Work Week - Be careful for what you ask.

Adding to the story below, a permanently 4-day work week can end up like the work week after the holiday weekend.  Staff who will be on a 4-day schedule will be expected to do 5 days worth of work in 4 days.  Is that:

1. Productive?
2. Physically Healthy?
3. Mentally Healthy?
4. Good for the Economy?
5. Good for Client Relations?
6. Sales Cycle Management?
7. Project Management?
8. Coordinating with Overseas Staff / Vendor?

These are issues that need to be thought through.  Your thoughts?
