Question (A bit provocative but nonetheless important to think about).
ATS has created a huge black hole for resumes and the job seeker. In order to avoid the ATS, would you pay, for argument sake, $10 to the company to submit your resume with the understanding that you would receive a response back telling you why you were rejected or better yet, the schedule a phone interview?
The company does not keep the money - the money is donated to the clarity of the company (or successful candidates) charity of choice.
Think this through. I will add more context in my early afternoon post.
