If you are having an issue getting interviews, I recommend that you have a honest conversation with yourself about your strategy, tactics and attitude. It is easy to blame the market and / or rely on job boards for your lack of response concerning your search when the problem may lie in your failure to make a plan, level of procrastination, lack of networking, inconsistent follow-up and not treating your job search with the level of commitment required for success.
