One Way that Hiring Managers Will Know that They will Get Better Leads!

As noted yesterday, artificial intelligences (AI) has negatively affected hiring managers. Too many bad candidates get through the applicant tracking systems (ATS), lengthening the process and often resulting in bad hires.

Fact is that ATS has created a huge black hole for resumes and the job seeker, who rarely hears back from a recruiter / hiring manager.

In order to avoid the ATS, would you pay, for argument sake, $10 to the company to submit your resume with the understanding that you would receive a response back telling you why you were rejected or better yet, the schedule a phone interview?

The company does not keep the money - the money is donated to the clarity of the company (or successful candidates) charity of choice.
