Always Ask for Feedback from the Interviewer

Ok - You just completed the interview process and unfortunately, you did not get an offer. You do not feel good about the process, esp. because you like the company, the culture, the market and equally as important, the people you spoke with during the process.

Now, it is time to keep the door open for other opportunities. Writing a "thank you for the opportunity" letter is nice, but go a step further and ask the interviewer, in a professional manner, what you can do better in future interviews.

Higher chance that you learn more about the company and even more about how to improve. Equally has important, the interviewer (s) are now part of your network. Remember, you never know when opportunity knocks and paths cross again.
