Tailor your resume, using the job posting as a guide. Using a general resume for each application is foolish and a waste of time. Take five (5) minutes to review the job posting, identify the key requirements and keywords, and adjust your resume accordingly to showcase your primary skills and achievements.
If you do not embrace the need for making adjustments, chances are that you will not pass ATS requirements.
