Career Management - Create your 30-60-90 Day Plan
As you prepare for your next interview, you should evaluate the job description and the industry that that company serves and then draft a 30-60-90 day plan of action / strategy about how you will embrace the new role, flatten the learning curve and make a contribution to your team and other stakeholders (i.e. customers, partners, vendors, suppliers). Do not hold onto the plan until the interview, send it to the interviewer prior. It shows your thought process and level of seriousness about the opportunity.
