The "AI Hiring Paradox"
Employers use AI to screen applicants but distrust candidates who use AI tools (such as live copilots) (yes - I shake my head) to answer questions, often penalizing candidates for robotic responses. Conversely, job applicants complain (and rightfully so) that interviewers fail to clearly communicate how AI will be used, and the automated evaluations can still reflect underlying human biases.
