Job Hugging Q4 2026 - The Recent Poll is Staggering

Number surveys have yielded the following:

• Active Job Huggers (Second Half 2026) - Roughly 48% of workers are actively "job hugging," and 87% of employees have done so at least once! 

• Career Stagnation: About 31% of workers who job hug say it limits their advancement opportunities.
• Dissatisfaction & Burnout: Roughly 31% report feeling less satisfied or stuck, and some overwork themselves out of fear of layoffs (such as logging extra hours on weekends).
