Interview - Accepting an Offer

What to ask when you receive an offer, you need to know what the offer is contingent about as related:

1. What is the base salary?

2. Is the position hourly or salary? Is OT part of the compensation plan?

3. What is the bonus structure? Is it based on group or individual performance (or both)?

4. When is bonus paid?

5. What is the job title?

6. Is there a probationary period?

7. Does the company do credit checks or background checks?
