Interview Prep
Too often job candidates walk into an interview without a prepared list of questions to ask the hiring manager.
The interviewee should have a folder with:
1) their printed resume - enough copies to share with as many folks they meet in the interview
2) questions to ask the future employer about the company's problems or issues they are working to resolve by hiring YOU!
