Thinking about a career change?
One of the best methods to identify what will work best for you is the identify the skills, qualifications, and keywords define your direction. Be honest with yourself, do you have the right experience and successes to validate your transition in the your eyes as well as in the eyes of the hiring manager or recruiter? Use these insights to highlight your most relevant achievements, skills, and experiences on your resume and cover letter as related to the career change.
If you do not have the proper prerequisites, you need to rethink your intended direction.
Why do I write this? Well - too many people hate their job or their boss so much that they think a career change is the answer. No! Sometimes, it is just finding a new employer.
