AI Interviewing - A Really Bad Statistic
A robot runs your first interview. 63% of job seekers have now been interviewed by AI, and 51% of those were ghosted or are still waiting to hear back. What a sad state of affairs. Companies gain reputations as a horrible outfit and candidates have their time wasted. I am trying hard and as someone who reads about "all things job search" daily, I do not see any positives that are yielded from this process.
Between candidates answering questions using AI, the impersonal policies of companies (the commoditization of the candidate), what are the positives of the AI interview?
Can someone enlighten me?
