Resume - Writing about your experience    

Keep this element simple - do avoid ageism, only go back 15 years tops.  List each job and include dates, job title, company name and location.  Emphasis your success stories - show them why you are great.  You should list out responsibilities but really show your functions.  They can figure out the duties by your job title.
