Contemplating a career change? it's a good idea to arrange an information interview with someone who is experienced in the field as a means of learning more about your potential direction.

This is a great first step towards creating a network in your potential new field. You must be assertive when opting for a career change and getting to speak with people is the best way to showcase your abilities. Hiding behind an email does you little good.
